Training workshop on the Welcoming Clubs project

As part of the Welcoming Clubs project, the Bulgarian Sports Federation for Children and Youth at Risk is recruiting volunteers of a migrant background to participate in a two-day workshop to be held in Sofia on January 21 and 22.
The training is part of the „Training of Trainers“ process within the WELCOMING CLUBS project , funded by the EU. It will bring together coaches from sports clubs and volunteers from migrant communities. Participants will play a key role in adapting sports activities to the needs of children and young people with a migrant background and in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.

• cultural sensitivity and inclusion;
• working with children and young people with a migrant background;
• adapting sports activities for mixed groups;
• intergenerational sport trainings.
👥 Who are we looking for?
Motivated volunteers with a migrant background who are interested in sports, working with children, and social inclusion.
